Institution · sources and limits
Research that retains the experience behind it.
RISCON Labs brings 28 years of real-world experience to a continuing publication programme. PRO SE is its legal research and response division. The work is made assessable through original sources, visible disagreements, correction conditions and recorded model experiments.
28 years of real-world experience
The founder and research director brings experience into the questions, source checks and conditions for reopening a conclusion. Published analyses make that working approach available for review.
A practical source archive
The institute reports holding 28 million rows of practical raw data. The archive is private; its row count, composition and integrity have not been independently audited in this renewal. It is not the synthetic question library and is not used as a score of legal accuracy.
Background and archive scale: stated by the founder and research director, 9 October 2026. The raw archive and an inventory audit are not published here.

Meridian
Ongoing studies and study series across the RISCON research studios. Inspect each paper’s methods, sources and status.
PRO SE · Legal series
A 49-volume programme. Draft chapters and planned volumes are marked separately; the programme is not presented as 49 completed books.
Cross-studio research
Meridian’s studio sections link work from ARCHON, NADIR, IATHEON, AEGIS and Cosmic Press. A public study is not automatically a peer-reviewed publication.
Experience shows in what stays unresolved.
Our preferred reading must face the inconvenient original, the strongest opposing argument and the conditions that would change it. The record keeps the gap visible. That is the standard a later reviewer can test.
Decision ledgerOne written channel
Claims, supporting documents, requested action and reply dates travel together. Personal approaches do not replace the designated channel.
Review by separate AI roles
Source reading, adverse arguments, evidence and procedure are assigned distinct questions. The role briefs and model measurements are open to inspection.
Approval before release
A draft, an approved response, a sent response and a court filing are separate states. Each requires its own record.
Follow-up stays open
A missing original, unresolved discrepancy or new adverse fact remains an open item until reviewed. A change in grounds reopens the conclusion.
Incoming email and role-address rules are configured. The existing mail Worker contains automatic receipt handling. Independent agent review, approved response dispatch and a neutral matter workspace await integration. Court service follows its own procedure.
