Send claims, demands and notices about RISCON and its projects to the designated email. PRO SE logs and reviews what arrives; official answers go out in writing once RISCON has confirmed them.
Court procedure
Filing and service of court papers follow the electronic litigation procedure of the case and the court’s own instructions.
Please include
- Which project or matter this concerns, in words we can find
- The facts you assert
- What you are asking for
- Supporting documents, attached
- The date by which you would like a reply
- Where the reply should go
Anything said by phone, in person or by messenger is recorded once the same content arrives by email.
Please leave out resident registration numbers and other sensitive personal data unless the matter needs them.

Delivered to PRO SE, a reply sent, accepted by the court: each is recorded on its own, with its own proof.
